Hi, I'm Bette Pernal - a local artist living in Barnegat, New Jersey. I was inspired to launch Easel On Down to bring people together to share my passion for art and have fun while learning to paint! I invite you to give it a try... paint, relax and enjoy "being in the moment" of creativity. |

we cover your tables and clean up everything when done!
All you have to do is set up your tables and chairs in advance
